The entire building exudes the legacy of Belfast’s industrial heritage and all authentic spaces have been retained, including the signature glass ceilings of the Drawing Offices, opulent art deco interior design, five unique heritage rooms, and the classic luxury of the former Presentation Room. The main banqueting suite, bathed in natural light, is situated within Drawing Office One and provides space for 250 seated guests. The champagne & cocktail bar is housed within the second main Drawing Office suitable for 120 guests, serving an innovative drinks menu, with views of the iconic Titanic Belfast building and surrounding slipways.

The five Heritage Rooms, which was once the private offices of renowned marine engineers and designers Lord Pirrie, Thomas Andrews and Mr Payne offers a perfect intimate setting for smaller receptions and celebrations presenting an ideal setting for drinks receptions, private dinners and entertainment.
