The Silverbirch Hotel Omagh unveils new Drumragh Suite
Love was in the air at Silverbirch Hotel Omagh on Sunday 23rd October, as hundreds of couples attended the much anticipated Wedding Showcase, to officially unveil the new Drumragh Suite following an extensive £2 million rebuild project.
The Drumragh Suite is the ultimate ‘Something New’ inspiration for your upcoming wedding. Couples can choose from a variety of new wedding packages and menus created in conjunction with the relaunch.
Fall in love with the romantic, elegant interiors and wow your guests by being one of the first to host your wedding reception in the fabulous new Drumragh Suite, which will cater for up to 400 guests.
Stunning new additions to one of Northern Irelands leading wedding venues include, a dedicated Foyer styled to create stylish grand entrance for wedding couples, a Courtyard Bar with private outdoor terrace area complimented a distinctive exterior wrap around terrace which will encompass the exterior of the Drumragh Suite.
Signature features of the stunning new interiors include a beautiful large curved bay window, flooding the Drumragh Suite with natural light by day; and by evening the collection of crystal chandeliers incorporating a stunning feature chandelier, spanning over one and one and half metres wide, creates the ultimate elegant backdrop. Each crystal chandelier is set within a series of classic coffers, with hidden colour changing LED strip lighting to allow for a more dramatic effect.
Exquisitely transformed The Drumragh Suite’s new colour palette of warm golds and soft putty grey colours, allows wedding couples to dress the space according to their individual colour theme without any risk of colour clashes. One of the unique characteristics of the new look Drumragh Suite is a series of decorative wall coverings set within framed panels as well as a bespoke carpet especially commissioned for a distinctive finishing touch. Additional features include a dedicated Bar with a unique counter created from solid dark walnut with inlays of silver and a beautiful white veined marble top with a decorative bullnose finish.
The elegance of the Drumragh Suite is complimented by a beautiful new addition, The Courtyard Bar, which creates a special and private feel for guests. Unique interior features include a decorative panelled ceiling, beautiful pewter bar counter top and a distinctive patterned tiled floor. A colour palette of navy blue and gold complimented by warm white lighting, stylish fitted setting and antique style tables has been chosen to create a classic feel. The Courtyard Bar area extends outdoors with a private outdoor ‘Courtyard’ terrace area.
As a family owned Hotel for more than 30 years, the rebuild project allows this quality hotel to maintain its standing as one of Northern Ireland’s most popular wedding venues. Couples can combine a stunning ‘something new’ wedding venue with the peace of mind from Silverbirch Hotels ‘something old’ level of experience, attention to detail and excellent service that make here one of Northern Ireland’s leading wedding venues.
