Two wealthy heirs tie the knot in a $5 million wedding with 600 guests and no expense spared.
An unlimited wedding budget is something we all dream of but for two immensely wealthy business heirs that dream was a reality.
Alberto Mugrabi and Colby Jordan got married in a luxury celebration in the South of France. The couple privately rented out the lavish Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc exclusively for the occasion. Although, as reported by The Sun guests had to pay for their own rooms.
The 600 person guest list included celebrities, Owen Wilson, the Olson twins, Princess Beatrice and Karlie Kloss.
In fact Karlie Kloss and Princess Beatrice attended the wedding together with Karlie sharing a photograph on Instagram with the caption,
My wedding date
Although Vogue suggests the newlyweds had called for a social media ban for their guests, many ignored this request. The fashion magazine also reported that the couple had installed an anti-drone falconer on the premises and had requested that guests wear name badges at all times.
American author Derek Blasberg posted an image of a handkerchief given to the guests as a favour. Embroidered with Alberto and Colby’s wedding date, the handkerchief also reminds the guests, “no ugly crying”.
Another snap from Derek showed the bride posing with 18 groomsmen all wearing tuxs. The photograph was captioned.
Too many men, too little time.
Valentino brand ambassador, Carlos Souzza also disregarded the social media ban and shared a photograph of the bride and groom.
The bride wore a strapless white wedding gown with patterned and diamante detail. She also appears to be wearing an illusion lace topper with some subtle sparkle.
Images were also shared of the dramatically long aisle leading to a beachfront ceremony location and of huge decorative floral arrangements scattered around the grounds.
