Celinas Cakes was formed in 2012 by Celina O’Sullivan. Living in West Limerick, Celina has had a love of baking since an early age, learned her skill from her mother and decided to turn her love of baking into a business when family and friends encouraged her to “go for it”. Since then the business has gone from strength to strength and Celina has created Wedding and Occasion cakes for many people both here and abroad.
Celinas Cakes will create a Bride and Grooms Dream Wedding Cake Design while having that “home baked” taste which is important to her. The most popular cakes she creates are traditional fruit cake, chocolate biscuit cake and lemon drizzle cake. However she can cater for all flavours a customer may desire.
With regard to the design of the Wedding Cake, the sky is the limit for decoration! While a lot of Celinas skills are self-thought and also having a natural flair and talent handed down to her from her mom, Celina has also attended many professional workshops to learn the latest skills in sugarcraft!
Most of all, Celina loves her job and hopes that this shows in her work always. Celinas motto for her wedding cakes is “Wedding Cakes with that home-baked taste and finished with a beautiful eye-catching design”
